Thank you for your interest in purchasing from DreamersTexas.com. While we do our best to provide a seamless, enjoyable online purchase experience we do have some common questions we can answer below.

My order is for pickup at a location. How soon can I pick it up?

If you have chosen to pick up your order at our Ft. Worth or Austin stores, we try to pick and pull your order within two hours. As requested at checkout, and on the receipt, this time allows for us to receive the notification, locate the item and contact you if any issues arise.

It is helpful to give the store a call and let them know you are coming in to pick up your order, but that is not necessary.

Please note: Online orders for pick up in-store require a valid government ID presented at time the of pickup. This helps us protect against someone besides the purchaser picking up the order, as well as protecting against identity/financial theft.

I want discreet packaging. Are items shipped discreetly?

Our items are shipped in brown boxes that are UPS/USPS approved. The return address is labeled Reliable Consultants, Inc. and returns to our shipping center. However, we do sometimes include sales, promotional, other literature, welcome cards and/or free gifts inside.

How soon are orders shipped?

We ship orders with standard shipping everyday except for Saturdays and Sundays. We ship two day and express orders everyday except Saturdays and Sundays.

If you would like your order faster than that, we offer two-hour pickup in our Austin and Ft. Worth stores. If you would like to phone verify a product for any one of our locations, you may refer to the UPC number on the web site and phone verify with that individual location. An item in my order is not working. What should I do?

While we do try to test the functionality of every item that we sell or ship within reason, we understand that sometimes...well, things happen.

When possible, we unbox an item, install batteries, turn the item on and perform a function check as a matter of final quality control. Of course, when this isn't possible due to existing packaging, we ensure that the manufacturer packaging is intact and proper.

What if I want something on the Internet from one of the six Dreamers locations?

If you would like to phone verify if a product is in stock for any one of our locations, you may refer to the UPC number on the web site and phone call that individual location.
