RETURNS

We want of all our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience. Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased items unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All sales are considered final.

We recommend reading all of the product information provided before purchasing a product. If you have any questions about any of our products you can contact our customer service department by using the form located here. 

However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the Contact Us form) within 72 hours of receipt. In the case of motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list. Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will issue you a refund.

If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way we cannot issue a replacement or refund. 

Items that qualify for a return must be shipped back to the address provided. Returns are only accepted in this manner.

SHIPPING

We only ship within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Weight is based on ounces.
